St. Thomas High School, located in Vijay Nagar, Kalyan East, is a Catholic institution founded by the Diocese of Kalyan. Guided by the values of ‘Faith and Love,’ we provide an environment that fosters both academic excellence and moral growth. Our mission is to shape well-rounded individuals who are prepared for meaningful lives and successful careers. We offer education through two sections: St. John’s Pre-Primary School (Nursery to Sr.Kg.) and St. Thomas School (Primary and Secondary). The school operates on a dual shift system:
Morning Shift: Std V to Std X
Afternoon Shift: Pre-Primary, Std I to Std IV
We are a co-educational institution, open to all students regardless of caste, creed, or religion, and follow the Maharashtra State educational syllabus.
St. Thomas High School is part of the Santhome Charitable Trust of Kalyan, which operates over 150 centers across Maharashtra, supporting educational and social initiatives.
Our goal is to provide a holistic education that helps every student develop academically, personally, and spiritually.
The primary goal of St. Thomas School is to offer the students the best Education possible. St. Thomas School strives to foster students in academic excellence and enable them to keep open a broad spectrum of options for their future endeavors and prepare them to be responsible and productive citizens. In order to prepare students for the future, teachers play a vital role. They provide a route to nurture a range of positive attitude and behaviour such as hard work, engagement in Co-curricular activities, self discipline to tackle various assignments, a sense of fairness and respect for others.
The school stands for academic excellence and high level performance of each student. Besides academic success, the School aims at the development of skills, the formation of character based on the love of God.
